Raf Duran

Raf Duran, a bedroom producer from Amsterdam, found a way to deal with his neuroses. Writing off his Weltschmerz in songs about AI, the looming Third World War, the Sixth Mass Extinction and, inevitable, the Climate Crisis – and the more trivial but nevertheless universal subjects love, life and death. Despite the often rather depressing subject matter, the songs, co-produced by Sebastiaan Dutilh of Dutch cutting-edge electronic duo CUT_, make dancing on the volcano a surprisingly enjoyable experience.
