To vote or submit tracks, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Artists may connect their Spotify account to submit tracks.

Each submitted track will have links to various streaming platforms.

Users can vote for tracks.

The track with the most votes each day will be highlighted as the top track.

Weekly, monthly, and yearly top tracks will also be highlighted based on the number of votes.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or its users.

You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third party rights.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tracklist.it or its content suppliers.

You may not use any content from the Service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Tracklist.it be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.
