By using Tracklist.it, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
To vote or submit tracks, you must create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Artist Submissions
Artists may connect their Spotify account to submit tracks.
Each submitted track will have links to various streaming platforms.
5. Voting System
Users can vote for tracks.
The track with the most votes each day will be highlighted as the top track.
Weekly, monthly, and yearly top tracks will also be highlighted based on the number of votes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or its users.
You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tracklist.it or its content suppliers.
You may not use any content from the Service without our express written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
